And if they are passed, what car did they own last? My grandmothers have these (both of my grandfathers are dead, yo):
My dad's mom has a 1993 Buick Century, its a beast of a boat.
My mom's mom has a 1999 Lincoln Continental, its beige and I've never driven it.

They've got one of these bad boys. 2003 E320. Been driven from Florida to Cape Cod and back countless times.

My mother's side have a Fiat Panda Eco and this Jaguar XF 3.0 Diesel (which I've driven and is lovely , smooth like silk):
My father's side have a pale blue Ford Focus Mk.2. They had one in a slightly darker shade of blue but the engine died or something and Ford replaced it. This car is basically the same as theirs, but not actually it (theirs isn't a diesel):

Mom's dad (dead) had a 1983 Park Ave (grey on grey) that my stepdad inherited. Later an unlicensed teen in mommy's Eclipse hit it while it was parked on the road and killed it.
Mom's mom (dead) had a 1984 LeSabre Special Edition (blue on blue) at that time, it rusted to death and was replaced by a '92 Caprice that was bought second hand with really low miles. It was red on red.
Everyone else has been dead too long to remember... oh wait, my stepdad's mom had a 6000LE.

My one grandfather has a late-80s Buick Century wagon (with wood-grain trim!) and a 2005 Nissan Maxima that I'd be willing to bet is in worse mechanical shape.
My other grandfather doesn't drive anymore, but he used to have a 2002 Honda Accord that he bought new. Directly before that (and for my entire childhood), it was a bright yellow 1984 Mercury Marquis. I kind of miss that car, now that I think about it.

I remember riding around in grandma's green '68 Caprice. In the 80's, it wasn't cool, but now it would be awesome.

The last car my Grandma owned was an S430 (I think, it was an S-class for sure) that she bought in full with cash, shocking the salesman.
My living grandparents curently own a Saab 9-5 like this one. Bonus they traded in a 9-5 Wagon to get it.

Dude, Centurys are swank aren't they? Those wagons are rare

They are indeed, and it's still got the original wire hubs too. It warms my heart to see it at family functions when I pull up.

My dad's dad have a Nissan President. He get that car from a japanese friend of his. Too bad he and his car now is somewhere arround pasific sea, inside a war ship.
My mom's dad have a W111. He also have a totaled 190SL, a VW Basistransporter, a Citroen DS and a Corrolla. He was a very great car enthusiast I think.

My gram's Century has some dumb wheel covers, I think the car in the top picture has them. Wire ones would be much cooler

Grampa has a Legacy-Outback, and my Grandma has an Lexus LX300. Both totally decent cars, both totally geriatric.

Velour interior and cigar smoke. My landlady drove one of these too. Still a few Grannys around here piloting their barges from below the dash. Periscope?

My grandmother has a white 2011 Hyundai Sonata 2.0t which replaced a long line of Honda Accords.
(Not hers, but identical)
My Grandfather owns a 2010 Toyota Prius, which he won in a raffle at his Synagogue.
(Like this one, but a little beat up.)

Ya.
Too bad after indonesian financial crisis that killed his potato buisness, plus my stupid uncle crash his precious 190SL, he never drives his car anymore..

On my mum's side:
My late grandmother owned a Daihatsu Charade turbo:
920cc of three cylinder turbocharged fury, hauling around a 110kg chef and her 4 grandkids... It always felt like you were doing a million miles an hour, even crawling in traffic. RIP Oma.
My grandpa currently owns a Toyota 86 GTS:
That's him the day he picked it up from the dealer. Really fun car to drive, and even more hilarious because he drives it like a lunatic. He's been pulled over by cops a few times, and one actually laughed at him when he opened the window, because they weren't expecting an 82 year old man to be behind the wheel!
On my dad's side my grandpda has a W123 mercedes 300D. He's had it since new, does all his own servicing on it, and it still runs like a charm. I can't find a pic of it, but you all know what a W123 looks like!

My mom's mom has a 2008 Pontiac G6 with about 8000 miles on it. It replaced a '91 Chevy Lumina that had 45k miles on it when she sold it.
My dad's parents have a 2006 Toyota Avalon.

I don't remember what car my paternal grandparents had, but my maternal grandparents had a 1984 Ford LTD Crown Victoria similar to this one (and given that they lived near Detroit, it was probably in close proximity to graffiti, too).
Back in 1985, they drove it out here to Colorado, and my sister and I rode back with them to Michigan, though via Wyoming and South Dakota so they could see Mount Rushmore. It was a pretty fun trip, even with my grandmother yelling at my grandfather to slow down any and every time he came close to exceeding 55 mph.

One of these. I'm driving it to work at the moment actually, as all the others need work. It makes a distressed mooing sound when you push the loud pedal too much.

Well, there's actually quite a few interesting vehicles owned by grandparents, so I'm just gonna list them
2005 Subaru Legacy GT Wagon, in white, currently has about 25xxxkm on it....
1993 Ford F150, rather in a field, all it needs is a battery apparently.
1936 Ford Dump Truck, running and driving, with my great-grandpas trucking company placard
The 1976 Mercedes 280 is no longer around unfortunately, it was left behind in Germany

My grandma has a 2009 Hyundai Genesis. Fully loaded with the wings so it says Hyundai no where on it. She has 24000 miles now and saidwhen she passes its mine. I know it is wrong but id sell it and get a BRZ.
My grandpa has a 2010 Lincoln MKX. Itsa car that I really dont care for.
My other grandpa has a 2001 Crown Victoria (non police). It has over 200,000 miles on it and isnt very pretty. I dont really care for it.

Well I have no idea what my moms mom drove but now it's a LOADED 2013 accord v6 touring, and my moms dad went from a prowler, to a jeep, to a 300c, to a lasabre....
My Dad's mom drove a c3 289 stingray, and now drives a buick lacrosse. Papa Bill drives a first gen cr-v, a 1991 Dakota, or the 1932 Hupmobile.

They've currently got a 3rd gen Taurus and a mid-2000ish Camry. When I was a kid my Grandpa had a first gen Probe GT, though. It was jet black with a red interior and it was just the coolest thing in the world to a then eight-year-old. I think it might even have been the car responsible for turning me into a Jalop.

My grandpa's got a Lada in Poland. That's the only car I'm aware of my grandparents owning.
